Round trip transport from Santo Domingo to Cabrera

This service provided exactly as advertised. When we arrived at the airport an English speaking representative greeted us on time and with a sign with our name on it. He took care of our bags and got us into our vehicle. The van was clean, the driver professional, courteous and new where to go. Prior to departure I was provided with email confirmation and instruction. While in route, I was called by the owner to make sure everything was as promised. And prior to my return pick up I received an email confirmation, and again a call in route to ensure my needs were being met. If you are travelling to the Dominican Republic and you require ground transport; I highly recommend Dominican Quest.

We ordered a private transportation with Dominican Quest from Punta Cana airport to a local hotel and back. Even though I've also found a different company, which was a bit cheaper, I decided to go with the one that had great reviews. It turned out a right decision. Not to mention that they have met us at the airport holding the sign with my name, the driver was also very careful going over the speed bumps, and delivered us to the hotel quickly.
The real test happened when our flight got cancelled due to the snow storm in NYC. They readily rescheduled us for the next day without any extra pay. Hold and behold, the next day flight gets cancelled as well. We were offered by the airline to get us to the NYC the following day, only from Santo Domingo airport, which is 3 hours away from our Punta Cana hotel. We called the company again with request for change. The manager Julio was very receptive to our situation and gave us very reasonable rate taking into account our initial payment for the Punta Cana transfer. The driver was at the hotel on time, drove carefully, and delivered us to the Santo Domingo airport on time. I couldn't be more satisfied with this company. I wish every other business was run that way. This was the only bright spot when we dealing with flight cancellations, hotel extensions, etc.

Airport round trip transfer

You've got an excellent and easy to navigate website. The chat service was very informative and responsive. I chatted with Ruddy who answered all of my questions and even gave some good tips on how to navigate in the airport. I highly recommend the company for the airport round-trip transfer because that's what I used. The driver was punctual, well dressed and very professional. P/U from Santo Domingo airport, to hotel in Bayahibe and return.

The drivers in the D.R. aren't the best. Our 2 drivers were so safe. They never were speeding. Always felt safe. The drivers speak very little English, but it never was a problem. We had three different pick up times and they were on time for all three. The owner even called me twice while I was in the car to welcome me and my family and when we were leaving to tell us about our return flight and thank us. If you need any kind of ride to anything, I highly recommend this company. I was very impressed with the service. Oh forgot to mention, the vehicle was very clean.

Transfers and excursion

I booked transfers for my husband and I for our 10 day stay July 8th. I was a bit nervous since we've always had them included with our vacation package. Our flight came in over an hour early and I was worried nobody would be there. As they promised, as soon as we got out of the airport a rep was waiting with my name on a sign. Quick ride to the hotel. The next day we met GAVIN in our lobby to confirm return shuttle time and discuss excursions. We booked a dune buggy excursion for Mon. We went to the lobby on Mon to wait and was so sad to see I had actually booked it on Sun, we missed it! I called GAVIN and he was so great! He got us in on the next day! So I wanted to not only say we will definitely use them again when we come back in Sept. but also want to give a shout out to GAVIN who was so nice and accommodating to my screw up with our tour. Thank you Dominican Quest, you guys are fantastic!

Santo Domingo airport transfers and tours

My boyfriend and I planned a trip to Boca Chica and through my research found Dominican Quest and booked them to transport us to/from the airport. I saw that they did the excursions but we wanted to wait till we got down there to decide. Abel was there when we arrived with our names on a sign. He was beyond helpful! I like to ask a lot of questions of about anything and everything and he was very informative and personable. The taxi ride to the hotel sold us on booking an excursion through Dominican Quest, so we set up a time for the next morning to meet in the lobby. We decided on Soana Island and the tour of Santo Domingo. They both were fabulous trips and experiences.

Soana Island took a bus trip and picked people up along the way at other resorts. They talked about the surroundings we passed on the trip. The guide spoke in Spanish, French, and English very well. I'm certain he knew a couple more languages, but those were the only ones needed on the bus. We took a speed boat to the Island but stopped at the sandbar and got to hold a giant starfish and take pictures and have some rum and soda. At the Island there were more people there but we hung out and played frisbee with the people on our bus. We had a delicious lunch buffet and there was a small bar on the island with rum/soda and beer. Then we took the catamaran back to the bus. We napped on the boat, but there was a bar and music that you could enjoy. Slept for most of the way back to the hotel too, but it was well worth the trip.

Santo Domingo tour was very informative and really cool. I love exploring cities, so I enjoyed this tremendously. We went to so many different places from the cave of 3 eyes, to the lighthouse, to the cathedral. The guide spoke german and english and was very helpful and informative.

For our return trip to the airport they called and verified our pick up time once more. Abel checked our flight for us to make sure it was on time. All in all the drivers and guides were extremely professional and personable. They are a must to use when visiting Dominican Republic.

He handled a "day of" change in our reservations due to a missed flight connection with ease and even personally put us in telephone contact with the rest of our party on the shuttle while we were still stuck at the airport in the US. PUJ to Hotel

Found Dominican Request when looking for private transfer from PUJ to Majestic Colonial. When inquiring by email on a Sunday afternoon, Julio, the manager responded within an hour. Impressive. Everything about the experience was excellent. Prior to leaving MIA for PUJ, we changed to a later flight. Called Julio and he made the change with the driver. When we got to PUJ, driver was there, in shirt and tie, for us. Travelled in a clean, air-conditioned mini-van for the @ 25 minute ride to Majestic Colonial. On the way there, the driver handed me his cell phone saying Julio wanted to talk to me. He just wanted to make sure we were happy with the service and to let him know if we needed anything else.

The return was equally prompt and professional, and Julio called, again, to make sure all was fine. It most certainly was.

I will use Julio and Dominican Quest for all future travel to the Dominican Republic. We just relaxed on this vacation and did not take any excursions. If we had, we would have certainly used Dominican Request for them.

I booked with Dominican Quest a day before arriving in the Dominican and everything was perfect. They had a customer service rep that I was able to call and ask questions before booking and paying. My driver was waiting for me at the airport, and showed up early to pick me up from my resort to bring me back to the airport. Great service.

Round trip PUJ to RIU Palace Macao

This was our first time that our airport transportation wasn't included in our hotel/air package. So, after reading about different companies on Tripadvisor, I chose Dominican Quest and I wasn't dissapointed.
Their website was easy to use and their response was very quick and friendly. The round trip price for 4 of us to and from the Riu Palace Macao was $80US. I even pre-ordered cold Presidentes ($3 a bottle) for the way to our resort and our friendly driver made a quick stop and picked them up at the beginning of our drive to our resort. The van was clean, airconditioned and comfortable for all of us.
On the way Julio, the Mgr called to talk to me and make sure everything is OK and to give me the return trip pick up time. Everything went smoothly and when we got picked up again at our resort on the last day, they were more than prompt.
Thank you Julio & Dominican Quest, I won't hesitate to call you again.

Round trip puj to hotel

We chose DQ based on the good reviews we has read and we were not disappointed.

On booking we had to pay a small deposit which some people may worry about but it was done via paypal and there were no issues. The balance was paid directly to the driver. Overall the fare was very reasonable and i would have struggled to find anything cheaper.

Before you leave you receive good email communication from the company explaining the pick up process.

We were met by the driver outside the baggage area and he took us to our hotel. The minivan was clean and comfortable and more than sufficient to carry all our luggage.

We requested child car seats and these were provided on both legs of the journey.

The return journey was as efficient as the outward journey.

The only suggestion i would make is that the driver straps in the car seat before he arrives as this will save some time.

Transfer to-from sto domingo airport and Hard Rock Hotel in punta cana, also I got a full day in Saona Islad. Great service, customized treatment, punctuality, good prices. Fully recommended. Althoug our flight was 2 hours delayed the staff was waiting us at the airport on time, also in spite of a problem at check out, the kindly wait for us. Not only was I picked up at the airport (my name was on a cardboard sign being held up so I could see it) on time and at my resort on time to head back but Julio called me during both trips to make sure everything was acceptable. Both of his drivers were courteous and both vehicles had ample A/C blowin'. This is an excellent Transfer service and I wouldn't hesitate to use them next time!! Keep up the good work.

This year we visited again and we are just back from a memorable trip for the Columbus day weekend. We were 4 families with and a total of 16 in the group. I reached out to Julio and mydominicantransfers.com in August 2012. I was looking for a ride from Santo Domingo Airport to Punta Cana, not only was Julio giving the best rate, I believe he and mydominicantransfers provided the best service. As our drive was long, we had a great driver and the van we took was very comfortable. We hit a snag on the way back, one of my groups flight was canceled and they had to stay an extra day, and Julio provided an additional service of hotel, and travel back to the airport the next day. I highly recommend Julio and mydominicantransfers A++++ service!! All employees were nothing but professionals! Will definitely use again if I ever visit the beautiful Dominican Republic again!

We would like to express our sincere thanks to Julio and his team of drivers. We were met promptly at the airport and driven to the resort after a delay of more than 4 hours. Julio had been watching my flight from JFK all along. Very courteous driver. I booked this company for a 1/2 day tour with my family of 6. Very nice driver. It was a pleasure dealing with Julio and staff. After our flight was cancelled Julio was able to switch our service without problem. When our flights got split up, again Julio was able to make the necessary arrangements to help us. We spoke so many times he recognized my voice. Julio and staff were professional, friendly and helpful. Our driver made an unexpected stop and after a long day of travel help quench our thirst with the local beverage, nice touch. Van was new, clean, and air conditioned. Ride was very pleasant and the driver gave us a tour like ride and helped answer any questions we had about the DR and what to do. We were reminded of our return flight and van was on time. Enroute to airport Julio called me to inform me that our flight was on time and inquired about our trip ( he was very much aware of our flight problems). A reliable and professional shuttle transfer company! I just returned from my trip to the Dominican Republic and booked my airport and multi-city transfers with Julio of www.mydominicantransfers.com . Not only did I book my transfers (from SDQ to Punta Cana, La Romana, Santo Domingo and back to SDQ) but also booked my tours with him. I must say, Julio was very reliable and professional which made our trip stress free and enjoyable. My family and I were supposed to arrive Sat 4/7 and miss our flight, I notified Julio via email of our status, not only did we miss our flights but we were re-routed to the SDQ airport. Julio immediately made the changes to our itinerary and made the necessary accommodations for our arrival. We landed just past midnight in Santo Domingo and Julio was at the airport waiting for us along with the Johnny our diver. Johnny was very professional; he took the time to explain driving conditions and advised us not to be alarmed, he also advised that we had an appx. 2 ½ hour journey to Punta Cana, which we had no problem with since we are accustomed to long distance in Cali. Julio kept me informed of my activities, provided details of my events and what to bring along during our tours. He also notified us of time of pick-up and locations and also took the time to provide me the names of the drivers and the description of the vehicle’s so that we would have an idea of what and who to expect. He even took the time to reconfirm our reservations at the different hotels and made sure that my special requests were accommodated. Julio suggested tours suitable for us as my 9yr old son was traveling with us and all recommendations were informative, educational and most of all a fabulous experience to remember! Upon our departure Julio met us at the airport and sought us thru until we walked thru security. Now three days later and I just received a call from Julio, inquiring of our trip home and notifying us of an email with my complete itinerary with changes. Not only did I book my transfers (from SDQ to Punta Cana, La Romana, Santo Domingo and back to SDQ) but also booked my tours with him. I must say, Julio was very reliable and professional which made our trip stress free and enjoyable. My family and I were supposed to arrive Sat 4/7 and miss our flight, I notified Julio via email of our status, not only did we miss our flights but we were re-routed to the SDQ airport. Julio immediately made the changes to our itinerary and made the necessary accommodations for our arrival. We landed just past midnight in Santo Domingo and Julio was at the airport waiting for us along with the Johnny our diver. Johnny was very professional; he took the time to explain driving conditions and advised us not to be alarmed, he also advised that we had an appx. 2 ½ hour journey to Punta Cana, which we had no problem with since we are accustomed to long distance in Cali. Julio kept me informed of my activities, provided details of my events and what to bring along during our tours. He also notified us of time of pick-up and locations and also took the time to provide me the names of the drivers and the description of the vehicle’s so that we would have an idea of what and who to expect. He even took the time to reconfirm our reservations at the different hotels and made sure that my special requests were accommodated. Julio suggested tours suitable for us as my 9yr old son was traveling with us and all recommendations were informative, educational and most of all a fabulous experience to remember! Upon our departure Julio met us at the airport and sought us thru until we walked thru security. Now three days later and I just received a call from Julio, inquiring of our trip home and notifying us of an email with my complete itinerary with changes.
Julio’s professionalism made our trip memorable. Rests assure that you are in good hands with Julio.

We used this service based upon a review in trip advisor. The communication via email was prompt and very helpful with questions I had about their country. Initially I was a little skeptical as I was told not to pay, with nothing up front until I arrived. When I arrived the drvier was present and helpful. The transport to and from were great with the driver engaging us in conversation and trying to answer questions that we had about things going on in and around his country. The vehicle was clean, safe and reliable. I would advise anyone who needs a transport to use this service. Our transport was 1.5 hrs and no waiting for a bus to be filled, no dropping off other patrons off at other resorts, striaght to the hotel. We would have had to been picked up at 630 in the morning if we used the bus service, but it was 830 with this transport, which was due to the bus picking up other patrons at other resorts. Oh ya and the cervesa's in the vehicle were a relaxing and ejoyable touch which helped us ease into the vacation. Thanks Julio!

Airport Transfers: Santo Domingo - Casa de Campo

We used Julio and the team for airport transfers for 12 people from Santo Domingo to Casa de Campo which included 3 separate transfers from the airport to Casa de Campo and 2 trips back from Casa de Campo to the airport. Transportation to and From Punta Cana Airport to Barcelo Bavaro Beach

We arranged online and prepaid for direct service to the hotel from the airport. Service was on time and courteous. On the day of our departure from Punta Cana we found out that our flight was delayed 1 hour. 90 minutes before we had arranged for the driver to pick us up I contacted the company and Julio was able to adjust the pick up time so we had an additional hour at the resort rather than at the airport which was great! We would definitely use Domincan Quest the next time we visit.

A van and driver from Bavaros to San Pedro de Macoris and back. An entire day.

We had a great experience with the driver and the car. Very prompt, polite, accommodating and engaging. The van was clean and comfortable. Round Trip Car Service PUJ to The Reserve at Paradisus Palma Real

After exhaustive research into transportation options for our arrival into and return to PUJ on our recent trip to the DR in mid November 2012, I came across MyDominicanTransfers and opened a chat session w/ the owner, Julio. He immediately made me feel at ease, answered all my questions and arranged for an English-speaking driver. Although our flight arrived late our driver was waiting for us, welcomed us and quickly got us on our way to the resort. Round trip private transfers from PUJ Airport to Hard Rock Hotel and Casino

Prompt service and driver holds your name on sign and as you exit the airport, it was easy to spot him and service was great. We received a call in the vehicle enroute to our hotel to go over our pick-up arraingment. I was elated this occured as my wife accidently put our pick-up time as 8:30PM and it was supposed to be 8:30AM. Thanks to the great service offered by this company our error was rectified. As far as private transfers are concerned this company lived up to its great reviews. I now will recommend them to everyone as well and as an added assurance they offer payments via paypal. At least this part of my vacation went flawlessly.

I feel so horrible that it has taken me this long to write this review. Me and my close friends traveled to the Dominican for his 40th dday in June and Julio was FABULOUS that is why I feel so horrible that I hadn't done a review sooner. He went above and beyond to help us out when we had a terrible experience staying at Be Live Hamaca. He responded to my emails at 10 o'clock at night when I was trying to leave the hotel. We didn't want to do a group tour and just wanted to see Santo Domingo for ourselves so he arranged for Kelvin to drive us around and see all the sites, this is what turned our trip into an enjoyable one. Kelvin didn't speak much English but he had his Ipad and we used Google translate which was so much fun; he went above and beyond to make sure we had a GREAT time. You are in EXCELLENT hands w/ Julio and anyone from his staff.

Round trip airport service from airport to hotel.from Santo Domingo to callo levantado in samana.

After contacting another car service that was very unreliable we came across Dominican quest on line. The next day I contacted Julio who made all the arrangements for our visit the following week. Not only was the driver there on time with a sign waiting for us but so was Julio to confirm our arrival. My husband and I stayed for one week and on our last day the hotel Julio called us to verify our departure time for the pickup the next day, not only was the driver there to pick us up he was there early and we were great full because we had to check out sooner than we had told him so we did not have to wait for him. The car was clean and the driver was very friendly, and we always felt very safe. we are defitnetly going to book this car service on our next visit to the Dominican Republic. We loved it! Thanks

Absolutely great. Was there when we walked out of airport with sign as stated. Driver was very polite. R/T Airport Transportation Day Excursion to Santo Domingo

I came across www.mydominicantransfers.com after searching for R/T airport transportation in Punta Cana and am very glad I did because because the service was outstanding!!
Julio's response time with the first email quote was very quick and his rates very competitive. He was very attentive to my continued requests and changes to the reservation and because I was impressed by the customer service I chose to book with him for our excursion to Sto. Domingo. As the day of our trip approached I received an email from Julio reconfirming our reservations which was wonderful because although this was on my list of things to do, I just wasn't able to get around to it so having him confirm my reservations gave me complete piece of mind. Upon arrival we proceeded just as instructed and found our friendly driver Polanco who whisked us away to our hotel while adding a few tips and pointers for our stay.
Our trip to Sto. Domingo was enjoyable but more so our tour guide Segundo, made it a great day all around. He was EXCELLENT!!! and he took great pride and joy in explaining his history to our group of 15 and was very patient throughout the day. It was a long day but our driver Jose Luis did a great job getting us back safely to our hotel.
Overall Julio has a great staff of people who will go out of their way to make your stay very comfortable and Julio was remarkable making sure every reservation was going well and just as planned .. I can't recommend this company enough and we will surely be booking with them upon our return, because yes, we will be back! :)

Private round trip transfer from Punta Cana Airport to Majestic Elegance in Bavaro.

My experience with this company was outstanding, from pickup to drop off they exceeded my expectations. Julio emailed me a confirmation directly after I booked online. Upon arrival in Punta Cana Julio's driver was holding a sign with my name and the number of people in my party. The driver was visible and right in front of the cluster of taxi drivers. I requested a few beers for the ride and Julio delivered! The driver quickly got us to our destination.
On our last day, the driver picked us up right on time, to the exact minute that Julio told me he'd be there.
In both tranfers, the van that picked us up had the air cranking and were very spacious as there were only two people in my party.

Julio also made it a point to speak to me on the driver's cell phone both on arrival and on departure, just to make sure everything was okay and going as expected.

I highly recomend Dominican Quest and booking online at mydominicantranfers.com. I'll certainly use them again if I return to Punta Cana!

You can tell what an incredible company this is by the length of all the reviews. When you get good service you leave a good review. But when you get AMAZING service, you just can't say enough great things to explain how & why you were so impressed. That's how I feel about this company.

The driver was on time and holding our name sign at the airport. He spoke English well, answered all of our questions, and told us about the D.R.

The best part was Julio, the owner, called the driver on his cell phone and asked to speak to me. He wanted to make sure we were pleased with the service. I was worried about giving the driver the final payment and asked Julio "How do we know you will pick us up next week to take us back to the airport?" Looking back at the incredible service we received, I feel silly. Julio put my mind at ease.

Julio then called the front desk of the hotel to be sure our check-in was going well.

6 days later Julio called our hotel room to confirm our pick-up time. Many flights had been cancelled & delayed due to Hurricane Isaak. Julio said he'd keep an eye on the flight for us so we could just enjoy our last day of vacation. NOW THAT'S GREAT SERVICE!!

On top of everything, for 4 people, we saved $50 by booking directly with mydominicantransfers instead of with Orbitz. And we saved $20 over the next cheapest company.

Ground Transportation to and from Airport & Hotel. Tour of Sauna Island.

At first, I was a little hesitant to pick this company because the prices were lower than the competitors and they needed all money paid before coming there. I spoke with Julio, the owner and founder of the company, for many days. He was very nice and professional. We were a group of 16 people and he was able to accommodate all of us. They had a big bus for our group and it was private transfers. Julio not only made sure we were picked up on time, but he also came into the hotel with us and made sure that we were able to check in at the hotel without any problems. He even waited at the airport for us until we checked-in to make sure we didn't run into any problems. He knew a variety of different languages and he was always willing to learn new ones. We taught him a little bit of Gujarati and he was able to pick up on it very quickly. Julio is a very funny and well-rounded guy. He knows exactly how to run his company and most importantly, he knows customer service and hospitality really well. Julio makes sure his customers are taken care of. This is the best transfer and tour company in the Dominican Republic and I would recommend using Dominican Quest for all your transportation and tour needs while in the Dominican Republic. I would refer Dominican Quest to any one who is traveling to the Dominican Republic as they are the best company with exceptional customer service at the best price.

Thank you Julio for making our group's vacation the best possible vacation we have had so far. When we return to the Dominican Republic in the future, I will be sure to use Dominican Quest and book more tours. The Sauna Island tour was great!

Round trip Transportation from SDQ airport to the Lifestyle Vacation Resort.

I would like to start out by expressing the professionalism provided by Dominican Quest! From the beginning of my planning transportation for my family from SDQ airport to the last drop off back to SDQ airport, the service was completely impeccable!!!

Julio chatted with me for almost an hour if not more via the "Chat Now" option on the web site to ensure that all my questions were answered, that I felt very comfortable with the services I was looking to receive, and he also provided me with customer remarks via Trip Advisor. He went above the normal call of duty that one would expect to have for a transportation company. I found his services to be very attentive, caring, concerned, thoughtful and above all else professional.

Upon our arrival, we "my family" were greeted by both Julio and our driver Chalo (spelling is off--Sorry) but let's call him his nick name "Morgan Freeman". Our bags were loaded into a very nice, chilled and comfortable vehicle as specified per the pre-arrangements noted. Once on the road, Julio stopped to pick up whatever beverage each person wanted and he provided a proficient invoice at which time payment was rendered.

Once we were on the road with just our driver we all relaxed for the 3-hr trip to Puerta Plata, DR. On the way in with consideration, Morgan Freeman stopped to allow for us to use the restroom and we continued onto our destination. We reached our location in 3-hours safe and sound as well as pleasantly pleased!!!!!

Lastly, my cousin had to leave one day early and contacted Julio to see if he could arrange for this early departure. Julio once again being a great businessman accommodated my cousin after checking with his other planned guest who were departing if he could help her save on the trip back to SDQ airport without having to render a full one-way trip fare. Alberto, my cousin's driver was prompt at 7:45 a.m. to pick her up at guest services and I asked Alfredo to please have Julio to email me that she arrived safely to the airport and again a step beyond was done. My email came in about 45-minutes after my cousin made it to the airport, ensuring her safe arrival. Well, Alberto was our driver as well. He was very kind, knowledgable, thoughtful, and considerate. As I am a diabetic, I had not eaten breakfast and the stop we made to use the restroom was very clean and it was also a bakery/cafe. My mother nor I had any small US dollar bills and we knew we would only receive paesos back, so Alberto offered to purchase my donut so we would not have to hassle through the change and also so I would not become ill for not eating before reaching the airport. COMPLETELY GREAT GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.

I totally encourage you to use this company you will not be disappointed at all! I have never experienced such wonderful and thorough customer service as I traveled and with this trip I can say 200% that it was the best for our entire trip. Dominican Quest "My Dominican Transfers" was better than Delta Airlines, and Lifestyle Vacations Resort combined. I'm not tooting their horn too loud; I am simply telling the blessing of the truth that Julio, his staff and company were to and for us!!!!

Excellent and reliable service!

I booked this transfer the day before our trip after reading other reviews and I'm happy to say the transportation was excellent! Our driver met us at the airport with a sign that had our names on it and quickly loaded our luggage. The trip was only about 25/30 minutes, but the minivan was very clean and had had a great A/C! The driver arrived early to pick us up for the return trip(which was good because we had already checked out of the resort)and quickly got us to the airport. The driving was a little crazy both ways, but it seems as though all the driving is crazy in the Dominican! The company called before both scheduled trips to confirm we were still on schedule, and then he called again once we were in the vehicle on the way to our destination to confirm we had been picked up on time and all was well. Overall, excellent service and I would definitely recommend to anyone!

My Dominican Transfers provided a prompt and pleasant round trip transfer for our party of 8. The driver was waiting for our arrival with a sign so we spotted him immediately through the airport confusion and transported us to our destination. He made a stop along the way to get us some ice cold drinks which was very considerate and greatly appreciated. Julio personally phoned me twice to make sure everything was acceptable and to confirm the return transfer.

Private Transportation throughout the Dominican Republic

This is a great company with amazing customer service. I spoke to Mr. Julio Calderon about private transportation to different parts of the country. He was able to provide on-time, professional, and very comfortable transportation to my family. Our inbound flight was delayed over three hours, and our driver was still waiting for us at 4:00 AM. Our outbound flight was also delayed over two hours and we were picked up two hours later so we wouldn't have to wait longer at the airport. Very professional service. We were greeted at the airport by the driver holder up a sign with our name on it. The van was air conditioned and the driver was curteous. I appreciate the fact that Julio, called why we werein the van to make sure everything was fine.

Our communication had been by email so I was concerned, but evrything was as promised. We had great service for less money than what the regular airport transfers offered.

The return trip was on time and we had a pleasant trip

I my only wish would have been for Julio to offer us other services, such as a tour or take care of our other transportation needs. I would have spent more money with Julio if we could have had transportation for shopping or other activities.

I found out about My Dominican Transfers on Trip Advisor when i was planning my trip. Julio contacted me promptly with a quote for my transfers withing hours of my request. He confirmed our pickup at LRM twice prior to our trip. Upon arrival at the airport, we were met by our driver who was waiting with a smile and a sign with our names - really a nice way to start a a vacation. We were transported to the hotel in an air-conditioned mini van in about 20 minutes. We beat all of the other transportation shuttles to the hotel by at least 20-25 minutes. I had access to my email and Julio replied right away with an initial confirmation and an official followup. The day of departure our driver was early as were we so we got to the airport with more than enough time. I would highly recommend Julio, his staff and my Dominican Transfers to any one traveling to DR. His rates are much less than most airlines charge when you book a package. The total for 3 people RT was the same as the airline was charging for RT for 1 person. Great service.

Roundtrip transfers from PUJ to Majestic Colonial for group of 10.

Julio and his staff are among the most professional group of associates I have ever met. Julio emailed me to verify my pickup time from PUJ and I forgot to mention earlier that Amercian Airlines had changed my flight time. I let Julio know and he was very accommodating with the adjustment. On the day of the flight, AA was about to bump me and my wife back to a later flight while the rest of our group was going to go on the original flight, so I let Julio know about the change and he quickly made arrangements for me and my wife. In the end, AA got us on the original flight, but it was very nice to know that Julio was there to take care of us if we needed him.

At PUJ after collecting our bags, a friendly driver was there waiting with my name to pick us up and take us to our resort. We stopped just outside the airport and our driver bought us some water, Gatorade and cervezas which was much appreciated after a long day of flying.

The day before we left, Julio called our hotel room to corfirm with us our pickup time and our same friendly driver was there on time in the morning to take us back to the airport. Julio called me during the drive to make sure everything was ok and see how our trip went.

I would highly recommend Julio and his company to anyone that needed transportation while in DR. The rates are very good and the quality of service surpassed all of my expectations. I look forward to using them again on our return trip back, thank you.

Airport transfer from PUJ to hotel and back

Outstanding service! One of our group's flight was delayed 45 minutes, and our on-time driver stayed with us the whole time, no complaints. I had requested cold beers on arrival, and since we were almost an hour late, I figured they would be warm. No cooler in shuttle, and we took off for the hotel. I figured we were out of luck. Imagine my surprise when the driver pulled over at a little bodega and bought a large cold Presidente for me, a couple of President lights for the women, and a Sprite for my daughter!! We were called en route by the owner each time to see if we were doing OK. I would DEFINITELY recommend them again, and every time!

Great service! We arrived to LRM airport and right outside we found our driver holding a sign with our name. The van was in excellent conditions, with a/c and we also got complimentary drinks. Airport transfers to and from PUJ and Majestic Colonial resort.

We have been all over the Caribbean and have used transfer services in many countries. My Dominican Transfers is hands down the best service we have ever used in in any country EVER!! SDQ to Hotel Transfer

We just returned from the Dominican Republic and would absolutely recommend My Dominican Transfers for any transportation needs. The company is reliable and the communication is excellent. Upon exiting the airport, Julio was waiting excactly where he said he would be, and escorted us to our van. The driver was very friendly, and the van was clean, with great air conditioning. Airport transfer from Santa Domingo to Gran Bahia Principe La Romana

We were looking at various options for transporting six people from Santa Domingo airport to our resort. I contacted several companies by e-mail. Julio was the only one who responded...and within 5 minutes of me sending the e-mail. Being able to pay ahead of time with paypal was extremely convenient. When we arrived in Santa Domingo Julio was waiting for us even though our flight was a little early. Our group had limited Spanish and Mydominican transfer made sure Julio accompanied us on our ride to the resort. Julio answered all of our questions about the Dominican Republic and made our trip to the resort entertaining and enjoyable. We booked a return transfer and the driver showed up 15 minutes before the scheduled pickup and got us safely to the airport. Transfer from La Romana to Resort

I can not say enough good things about My Dominican Transfers!! We used this service for both our arrival and departure transfers. The service that we recieved was absolutley excellent! Julio and his staff are exteremly friendly, professional, and reliable!!

The moment we arrived in Dominican Republic our driver was waiting for us! The van was clean, air conditioned and very comfortable. The drive was very pleasant and the our driver (I really wish I could remember his name) was so nice and even pointed out things like the ocean along the way. When it was time for us to leave, the driver was waiting for us at our resort. Julio even called to follow up on our trip and to make sure that everything was okay!

Transfer to resort

Honestly, this was one of the best things about my trip. I was concerned about transport since I was coming in so late, but Julio assured me that everything would be fine. Julio was not joking, at 5:30 AM, his driver was waiting with a clean Hyundai to take me to the resort.

For my return trip, I got call saying my flight was delayed and Julio asked if I wanted to leave later. I said no, and at 2:30 AM, Jonathan, my driver was at the resort with a clean, air conditioned Hyundai minivan, ready to take me to the airport.

Both drivers were pleasant, professional, and answered questions about Santo Domingo to and from the airport.

Do yourself a favor and get the peace of mind having transportation setup in advance through My Dominican Transfers. I will never go to Santo Domingo any other way. When you walk out of the airport and see your name on the sign you will understand what I mean. Keep up the good work, Julio, you have earned my business, but more importanly you have earned my trust.

Round trip airport transportation and 4 excursions.

I traveled with a large group (10 total) to the Dominican Republic for the first time. Five of those traveling in our group are children which always make vacationing a little more challenging. The main organizer of our trip, Raul, found Julio's online reviews through trip advisory and contacted Julio prior to our trip. We are all so very glad he did!
I would have never believed that a service such as mydominicantransfers.com would be so professional, easily accessible, and friendly. We were all very impressed!

Julio personally came to the airport upon our arrival to welcome us, had contacted the hotel prior to our arrival to confirm our rooms in the newest area and that we were all next to each other, and organized each of our 4 excursion trips. The 4 day trips we took were so much fun! Each was handled by professional people and the services made us feel like celebrities. I, as well as my friends, all recommend the city tour, truck safari, and the trips to Soana and Catalina islands. The prices are very reasonable and all come with transportation, food, drinks, and fun!

Most important to me was the trip back to the U.S. I had traveled to the D.R. with our large group of friends, but when booking our trip, I was unable to get the same returning flight for my daughter and me. All that was available was a 2:00a.m. departure. I had been very nervous about leaving the hotel late in the night and taking a taxi (just my girl and me) to the airport. When I expressed my fear to Julio, he offered to come and pick the two of us up personally from the hotel at 11p.m. and transport us to the airport. All for a fee far less than the local taxi offered! This made my fears disappear and that alone is enough for recognition as one of the most outstanding businesses around!

There is not one negative comment that I or anyone in my group has to say about Julio and My Dominican Transfers. For peace of mind and the best memories possible, contact them!

Transfer from SDQ to Samana

Julio and the entire crew at My Dominican Transfers were exceptional. I never had to call them and confirm because they were always a step ahead of me. We had a wonderful experience and they provided us with champaigne for our drive to Samana. We were late leaving our resort by 45 minutes due to a suitcase problem at the resort and we were afraid that we were going to miss our plane. I was unsure on how I was going to get to my resort from SDQ to LaRomana because the language barrier I faced with calling around to other transportation companies even my own resort. Then I came across mydominican and I spoke with Julio. I was skeptical about using the online chat but it saved me alot of international minutes.

Julio was professional and provided an immediate update and instructions related to my arrival and departure. The price was affordable and I did not get ripped off. I also like when Julio contacted the driver to actually verifiy by phone that I arrived safe and I was in the car. Roundtrip airport transfer from STI to Playa Cofresi

Julio helped me arrange for roundtrip transportation for 10 women (plus luggage) from Santiago airport to our resort in Puerto Plata. The trip is over an hour and most of the women had never been to the Dominican Republic. Julio put my fears at ease and even sent me photos of what the van (and luggage cart) looked like. He must have thought I was a nut, but he was very patient with me and all of my crazy questions. I was so pleasantly surprised when our fantastic driver Alfredo met us outside the airport. He expertly loaded our entire luggage into the cart and got us safely on our way. The van was beautiful and in no time we were safely delivered to our resort.

Upon our return to Santiago airport, Alfredo was right on time and brought us back to the airport in comfort and ease. I have been to the DR many times and often make the trip from STI to Puerto Plata. Julio's van was by far the nicest I have ever been in. We felt like movie stars. It was awesome that all of us could fit into one van rather than splitting up into two separate vans. I I will use Julio for all of my transportation needs in the DR. Well let me just say that the Owner Julio Caesar is the most customer focused business man I have met in a very long time. His people, Marco, Julio, and Caesar (please don't bash me if I got the names wrong) but they know who they are,they were the most efficient, on time, communcative and attentive representatives during my entire 3 days with them. Caesar (my shopping guide) was very protective and that made the shopping that much more histerical to me. Where I wanted to venture out and about, he would tell me No...No.. Miss, I will find you another shop that is safer. My Representative that took me atving, did not just get me there and leave me with the adventuer. No, he actually rode shot gun on the operators atv during the entire 4 hours, and even carried my bag of sun block and water.

If you ever come to the Dominican Republic, please use this service. To me they are the best and most reliable.

They are so good at making visitors comfortable and relaxed that I referred their company name on to one of the best resorts in the country and they will be using them going forward. So, as you book your adventure, ask your agent if MyDominicanTransfers is on their list.

Transfers from Punta Cana airport to NOW Larimar and back to the airport.

When I was looking for transfers for my family, which was a party of 8, I looked at many of the transfer companies online. My Dominican Transfers, offered the lowest price. I have to admit at first I was alittle worried if they would show up to pick us up at the airport. I dealt online with the owner, Julio Cesar Calderon, and from the very beginning everything was professional. He sent me a confirmation, reconfirmed the transfers prior to our departure, and reconfirmed our return transfers when we were at the resort. The company was waiting outside Punta Cana Airport with our name on a sign, and when they picked us up at the resort for our return to the airport, they arrived with our name on a sign and was on time. I had posted on Trip Advisor with questions about transportation from SDQ to IHD. I am happy to say we just returned and I felt compelled to let you all know that we used mydominicantransfers.com and we were very happy. Julio, the owner, was very attentive. He even called me at home prior to us leaving which I thought was extremely nice and it showed me he wanted the business. My husband and I were visiting Catalonia Gran Dominicus

My husband and I were visiting Catalonia Gran Dominicus last week, April 7 to 14th, 2012 and we contacted MyDominicanTransfers as recommended by my cousin that was traveling from different location to the same resort. Julio was very pleasant on the phone and gave clear instructions about his transportation arrangements. The price is very reasonable. Airport to Hotel Transfer in Punta Cana

I was initially pleased with the web chat so that I could make the booking. The car provided was very big and excellent for our entire luggage. They also check my hotel booking to realise that I had made a mistake and they took me to the correct hotel (There are a number of Dreams resorts in Punta Cana) and because it was closer they also made the fair cheaper. Hello again! Now we are back home in Canada and I want to thank you most sincerely for the excellent service you provided on our recent transfers. First, your driver Martin arrived on time by 10am at our ship's dock in Samana--he must have left home very early that morning--and was all we could have hoped for on the long drive to our hotel in Punta Cana: professional, helpful, reliable, honest and good company. As agreed, we stopped in Boca Cahica en route, for lunch and a visit, and then continued to Bavaro. He told us about the places we drove through and couldn't have been more helpful. Hi, My wife Lin & I would like to thank you for the wonderful service you provided us with last weekend. As it was a special occasion, we opted for the Private Airport Transfer. Your friendly driver was there with a large sign to meet us and the vehicle was spasious, clean and tidy and we had an extremely pleasant trip to our hotel door. For the tour our guide was Alejandro, who is an extremely pleasant and sociable young man. I would like to thank you for the excellent service offered by your company. Arriving on 25th March your driver was waiting directing in front of the arrivals gate with a welcoming smile , we felt at ease immediately. A short walk to the van and we left for our hotel. On departure from the hotel the same driver was 5 minutes early and again welcomed us asked if we enjoyed our hotel. I cannot praise your service enough, I will not hesitate to recommend your Company to my friends and family when visiting your beautiful country. I regret that I did not get the name of the driver... cannot praise him enough. Thank you Mr George Ledger

Accomodations and transfers

I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for all of your help in making a perfect honeymoon for Jason and Megan (all but the weather, which I don't really think you have any control over). They said the hotel was beautiful, food was really good, and the service was exceptional. They both said no regrets, they would do it again. Thank you again for all of your help and I will be contacting you to book [another] trip.
